As much coffee table book as cookbook. The first half is all full-color photos, second half is recipes. And listen, many of these things are so ridiculously ornate and labor-intensive you will just cackle aloud in your kitchen by yourself... and then there's also... a bowl of pistachios. That's the whole recipe. I love this damned book.
